Cream Cake Recipe

Rich White Cream Cake

2 eggs
¾ cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 ½ cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup whipping cream

Preheat oven to 350F.

In a mixing bowl, beat eggs until they start to get thick and pale. Continue beating, and add sugar and vanilla.

In another bowl, sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Then add the flour mixture and the cream to the beaten eggs, alternating between the flour and cream with each addition. Pour batter into a greased 9x9 cake pan.

Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
